The Ctrl key is used while dragging to change the length of the arm. The Alt key is used while dragging to rotate and scale the stickman. Three body part figures are joined together to form a stickman with different colours. When moving figures or the virtual camera, the new pose in the selected frames will be offset by the amount moved so that they keep their positions relative to each other. Pivot 4 - Joining figures and using Alt/Ctrl dragging This video demonstrates some features of Pivot 4. Figure based actions are applied only for figures with the matching ID (which is shown in the info bar at the bottom of the screen for the selected figure). Select Yes to complete the multi-frame action or No to only apply the action to the frame being edited.
If any of these actions are performed while multiple frames are selected then a message box will appear to ask if you would like to apply the change to the selected frames. This includes paste figures, paste camera, move figures, pose camera, delete figures, set figure colour, set figure transparency, set figure scale, raise / lower figures and join / unjoin figures. Other actions can also be performed on multiple frames to save time.
